Bought a used Fiat that only came with one key. Went to Putnam Fiat in Burlingame to get a backup key. Going into the 3rd month of waiting, they turned out to be completely incompetent ending with my canceling the order for the back up key and getting a refund on the prepaid key.

  After my husband washed our only car key for our 2010 X5 the fob no longer worked. When ordering a replacement from eBay I thought it would be relatively easy to find an automotive locksmith who could program and cut the key, not so.
