  After my husband washed our only car key for our 2010 X5 the fob no longer worked. When ordering a replacement from eBay I thought it would be relatively easy to find an automotive locksmith who could program and cut the key, not so. Kobi was able to come that evening, he even picked me up at my apartment and drove me to my car, three blocks away. Altogether it took cutting two new keys took about 15 minutes and he even drove me back to my apartment afterwards.
